Privacy policy

Private archive automation for the owner-operated GTA7date YouTube channel.

Who and what this policy covers

GTA7date Archives is a private automation used only by the owner of the GTA7date YouTube channel. There are no public user accounts. This policy covers Google user data accessed when the owner authorizes the app.

Google data the app accesses

The app reads the authorized YouTube channel identifier; the status and metadata of the existing main broadcast and reusable livestream; archive broadcast and video metadata; processing status; audience settings; and archive playlist membership. It creates and updates only app-owned archive broadcasts, completed archive videos, and archive playlists.

The requested YouTube scope is broad, but the implementation does not access Gmail, Google Drive, viewer identities, comments, ratings, captions, contacts, or advertising data.

How the data is used

The data is used only to verify the correct channel and uninterrupted main broadcast, rotate eight-hour archive broadcasts, wait for YouTube processing, make completed archives public, and add them to yearly playlists. Google user data is not used for advertising, profiling, credit decisions, or training AI models.

Storage, sharing, and security

The OAuth refresh credential is stored as a protected file on the private Oracle server that runs the automation and is provided only to its isolated service. Operational state stores archive broadcast and playlist identifiers, timestamps, and status. No Google user data is sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or data brokers. Data is sent to Google only through the YouTube Data API to perform the functions described above.

Retention and deletion

The credential is retained while the owner keeps the automation authorized. Operational state is retained while needed to prevent duplicate or unsafe archive operations. YouTube retains broadcasts, videos, and playlists according to the channel owner's settings and YouTube's policies.

The owner can revoke the app from Google Account permissions and remove its private credential and local state from the server. Revocation stops future API access; content already created on YouTube remains under the owner's YouTube controls.

Google API policy

Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. See the app information page for the app's purpose and authorization scope.
